The full-day inspection focused entirely on our core exported mattress topper series, which are mass-produced for Canadian retail and wholesale clients.

During the on-site visit, the Canadian QC team conducted thorough and practical checks covering every key detail of the mattress topper production and finished goods. Inspectors performed random batch sampling to test material safety, filling density, overall elasticity, edge stitching durability and surface fabric quality. They also verified product dimensions, packaging specifications and labelling accuracy to make sure all items comply with Canadian local import rules and consumer safety requirements.

Strict third-party auditing standards were applied throughout the inspection process.
