Today, the QC of the wool quilt order from South Korea came to KXT for quality inspection to ensure that our products meet the corresponding standards in terms of pattern, materials, craftsmanship, and washing, etc. This serves as a guarantee for long-term cooperation in the future and also makes customers more at ease.

The wool raw materials can be traced back to the source: KXT purchases from New Zealand wool source factory and strictly follows the company's raw material incoming inspection system to conduct multi-faceted quality control checks on the raw materials to ensure that every piece of raw material meets strict quality standards.

Process and output requirements: From pattern design to finished product, KXT R&D personnel optimize the corresponding processes, such as sewing, edge banding and assembly. To increase production, KXT has introduced multiple pieces of equipment and adopted a production method that combines automation with manual labor. This ensures the output of wool quilts while preventing uneven distribution and filling of wool, and at the same time reduces problems such as missed stitches and leftover threads.

Customer connection requirements: The QC team should ensure that all data comply with the contract terms in response to the various requirements raised by the South Korean customer, to avoid large-scale after-sales issues in the future.

After-sales traceability and compliance: Each batch of wool quilts has a corresponding raw material batch number, production date and responsible person information, which enables prompt and rapid response in case of problems.
